Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

While we will make sure to inspect and package every item with care before sending it your way, we know things don't always go as planned. Life happens and we understand.

You can return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Used or opened items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@rocarollie.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. For damaged or defective items, sharing a few photos will help us see the issue and speed up the review process.
3. Once your return request has been reviewed, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email if your return request has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method up to 30 days after our receipt of the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
